The purpose of the S.W.I.M Program is to ensure your business has a comprehensive support network to guide you through the complex and litigious areas of OHS, Worker’s Compensation and Injury Management compliance requirements. There are three levels of S.W.I.M Membership, all of which give you access to our standard services, as well as the ability to choose the number of days our consultants attend your site. You can also choose what onsite services are provided. The services can be agreed on up front with a project plan created or you can utilise these day for unforseen events as they occur such as specialist injury management or incident investigation.
