Marike believes that everyone deserves to work in an environment that focuses on wellbeing; building self-­‐awareness and balance as well being able create meaningful, respectful relationships. Her motivation and drive comes from coaching others to make this a reality.

Marike is passionate about helping others discover strategies to improve their performance and wellbeing at work. She is enthusiastic about guiding people towards their natural strengths and harnessing those abilities in their pursuit for excellence. She believes that building mindfulness programs into the workplace is paramount to success and growth in today’s fast paced, technology driven world.

Across Australia, Marike has delivered a broad range of training and coaching products. She has partnered with clients to develop programs from a ‘needs analysis’ stage, right through to program delivery. Marike creates an energised and comfortable training environment that allows her participants to thrive in a supportive and relaxed way. Marike has experience in facilitating programs in Mindful Leadership, Resilience and Wellbeing, Raising Awareness and emotional intelligence, Mindful Communication, Handling Unconscious Bias, Facilitation Skills and Women In Business.

As Director of Cool Karma Collected Marike has over 10 years experience creating dynamic, engaging and experiential training for individuals and teams. Marike holds a Bachelor of Laws / Bachelor of Performing Arts from the University of Monash. She is also a 2014 University of Massachusetts Centre for Mindfulness graduate with extensive experience learning from and working with the worlds leading mindfulness experts.

Marike has worked across diverse industries in the public and private sector and at all levels of organisations. Some of her clients include, Clayton Utz, BHP Bilton, GE Capital, NAB, Melbourne Storm, Department of Premier and Cabinet, Australian Unity, Fitness First, Lonely Planet, ASIC, Australia Post and many more.
