Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential counselling service provided to employees at no charge. Employers fund these services to allow employees access to a counselling service to address either work or personal issues. Recovery Partners offer early intervention programs to assist employers to promote a happy and healthy working environment.
The EAP offers a range of services, including:
- one-on-one counselling,
- mediation for workplace conflict and
- debrief counselling following a critical incident.
Recovery Partners employ a range of health professionals who can develop needs-based interventions and counselling sessions to address personal or work-related issues.
