About the program
You will receive an individual staged vocational profiling assessments by an allied health professional to identify your destination role in-line with you passion, interest and safety risk appetite
From there, you will be assigned a Recovery Partners Mentor who will deliver a skill and capacity building Job Pathway Program over four weeks via face to face or online delivery
You will receive coaching on a range of job seeking skills, confidence building, work readiness and support into employment
A program designed to be different – not just a job search.

Our goal is to deliver a Job Pathway Program to prepare and place 30 Job Seekers in roles in construction, manufacturing and other emerging industry jobs in Muswellbrook and surround.
