Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential counselling service that is provided to employees at no charge to them. Employers fund these services to allow employees access to a counselling service to address either work or personal issues. Recovery Partners offer early intervention programs in order to assist employees to promote a happy and healthy working environment.
The EAP offers a range of services including:
- one-on-one counselling,
- mediation for workplace conflict and
- debrief counselling following critical incident.
Recovery Partners employ a range of health professionals who are able to develop needs based interventions and counselling sessions in order to address personal or work-related issues. Give us a call if you would like to discuss this service.
