Bullying Resources

Simply put, bullying is being mean to someone over and over again. Bullying is a repeated behaviour with the intention to cause psychological harm. Bullying behaviours can be verbal, physical or social.

There is not a place for bullying. It is hurtful and the impacts of this can be very serious. If you are experiencing bullying at home, online, with friends, in a group, on public transport or at school, there are people you can talk to and things you can do to stop the bullying.
