I started in 2004 with a vision to do ‘great work with great people’ and a mission to ‘prevent the human and financial impact of injury and illness’. I am proud that we have diversified and expanded across Australia in pursuit of these objectives.
I am highly motivated by seeing people flourish professionally and personally. With a passion for both strategy and culture, I am proud of driving initiatives and providing opportunities for people to blend and balance the business, community and family aspects of their lives which has been acknowledged with Recovery Partners being ranked #8 in the Top 50 Best Places to Work in Australia 2020. And I really do get to do great work with great people every day.
