The Role:
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team 2 days a week for 12 months. In your new role, you will be working within a small team, supporting the aspects of the business. In your role you will be responsible for

  • – Supporting the Payroll System/Management
  • – Supporting the accounts payable/receivable team
  • – Generating Invoices for services
  • – Tracking and Forecasting Retainer invoices for the leadership team
  • – Providing administrative support for the wider team
  • – Finding and enacting solution to administrative queries

Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Strong payroll experience – accounts payable
  • MUST have MYOB experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
