The Role
As a Branch Manager you will work closely with your team of Consultants, your State Manager and General Managers to ensure a consistently high standard of service delivery. You will actively manage and support your consultants to ensure that they fulfil their potential and develop into productive happy Consultants. You will be responsible for their training and development plans.
You will also closely manage your financial targets in consultation with you State and General Manager.
A leader’s role is to solve problems, improve systems and remove hurdles to create an environment where employees can thrive.
The role includes:
- Communicates in a timely and effective manner both verbally and written with multiple key stakeholders.
- Leads the team by collaborating with, mentoring, and supporting colleagues
- Achieves outcomes personally and within the organisation
- Attract and retain high quality staff
- Attracts new business to RRP through the development of new relationships, enhancement of current relationships, provision of proposals, tender submissions and other developmental activates
 Technical Competencies:
- Provides and enacts specialist advice to stakeholders
- Develops collaborative and influential relationships with key stakeholders
Specific Duties:
Human Resource Management
- Completes recruitment requests when required to ensure the team is properly
- resourced.
- Conducts Interviews for all candidates
- Completes Talent Maps for all staff
- Conducts monthly scorecard discussions with the team
- Conducts monthly scorecard discussions with individuals
- Initiates and monitors performance management of team in consultation with P+C
- Conducts annual remuneration and benefits review of team
Finance
- Completes financial forecasts
- Reports and approves Repeat Referral Bonus
- Reports and approves quarterly bonus
- Cost chase ups / escalation
- Reviews operational plan results monthly
- Conducts daily team output reviews
- Ensures utilization targets for team are correctly recorded in Vinci
Quality
- Completes corrective action reporting and monitoring
- Conducts or delegates closure calls
- Provides training and development to consultants to ensure quality services are delivered to clients
- Ensures account management processes are implemented in the safety team
Coordinating and planning
- Oversees file Allocation
- Ensures direct reports are conducting monthly team meetings and adhering to agenda
- Oversees leave approvals to minimise any potential budget and quality impacts
Reporting
- Completes reports as specified in the Management Procedures
- Attends meetings as specified in the Management Procedures
Account Management
- Arrange and attend client service meetings (non-account clients)
- Arrange, attend and document account management meetings
- Arrange/facilitate claims reviews
Business Development
- Complaints management
- Managing clients using HubSpot and ensuring the list remains current.
- Management of claim referrals/closures
Other duties may include:
• Providing ad hoc assistance
• Working on special projects
What Qualifications, Skills & Experience will you have?
- AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, OR Psychologist
- ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist
- Demonstrated background in Allied Health
- 5 + Years of Industry Experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Highly Advanced computer Literacy
- Valid Australian Driver’s License
- Excellent written + report writing abilities and verbal communication skills
