The Role:
The Regional Manager is responsible for the financial and quality outcomes of the teams that are being directly managed. A leader’s role is to solve problems, improve systems and remove hurdles to create an environment where employees can thrive. The Regional Manager will also be required to work closely with Team Leaders, Account Managers, interstate peers and Directors to ensure best-practice outcomes and consistency in service delivery.
As the regional Manager you will be responsible for the Victorian, South Australia and Tasmania operations including:
- People
- Quality & RTW Outcomes
- Customers
- Planning
- Reporting
- File Management
- Business Development
- Account Management
- Finance
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Accredited Allied Health Professional
- 5+ Years of industry experience working n the Workers’ Compensation scheme/s
- Excellent Organisational and time management skills/
- Valid Australian’s Driver’s License
- Excellent written + report writing ability and verbal communication skills
