The RoleÂ
A unique role that differs depending on discipline – You may be responsible for the completion of single service assessments and the production of high quality, detailed and evidence based written reports, or the opportunity to maintain an active caseload.
All candidates are expected to provide a high level of customer service to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, resulting in positive outcomes and maximising business opportunities.
Occupational Therapist:
- Functional Capacity Assessments | Assistive Technology Assessments | SIL/SDA Assessments | Basic/Complex Home Modification Assessment.
- Liaise with injured workers, health professionals, employers, insurance agents, legal providers and WHS as required.
Physio + Exercise Physiologist:
- Developing and implementing plans that will address barriers to return to work and assists the injured worker with a safe and durable return to work with the pre-injury employer.
- Workplace Rehab Management Services
- Workplace and Functional Assessments
*Training will be provided to the successful candidateÂ
Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience Â
- AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist OR Physiotherapist
- ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist
- Valid Australian Drivers License
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong aptitude for time management and report writing
- Ability to work autonomously
