Bullying and Harrassment

As an employer you may be liable for the actions of employees if you have not taken reasonable actions to prevent bullying or harassment, or respond to any complaint.

Reasonable actions can include acting on bullying or harassment issues, implementing policies and procedures and training programs for all staff. This training course is designed to assist you in understanding and addressing your responsibilities. The training includes:-

  • Definitions
  • What isn’t Bullying and Harassment?
  • Bullying and the Law
  • Case Studies
  • What to do in the event of Bullying.

Delivery

Delivery of the course is based on adult learning principles to a maximum of 16 people per session. We encourage a high level of participation from all attendees. This is achieved via activities, case examples and discussion.

Duration

Each training session will be two hours in duration and includes set up and pack down.

Training/Facilities

Recovery Partners will deliver the training on-site. Participants will be provided with a copy of the presentation slides and other relevant handouts.

Certificates

On completion of all topics, successful participants are issued a certificate for the course in Bullying and Harassment.
