Annette joined Recovery Partners in 2015 bringing with her a wealth of experience in WHS and Human Resources from a variety of industries. Starting in our Safety Team she quickly moved into our People & Culture Team where she has implemented invaluable resources which sustains our company whilst we grow. Annette was promoted to People & Culture Lead 2 years ago, and it is in this role that she strives to recruit the best talent, meet company demands and tackle each new challenge that comes through the P&C door.
Annette graduated from the University of NSW with a Bachelor of Social Science (Hons) majoring in Human Resource Management and continues to increase her knowledge with ongoing professional development. Annette has a passion for promoting and maintaining a positive workplace culture, she does this by organising team building events, lunches, supporting the team through ongoing professional development and being the gentle reminder that won’t go away when things need to be actioned. She is a powerhouse when it comes supporting the business and its people with all its P&C needs.
Outside of Recovery Partners, Annette loves reading, shopping and spending time with her husband and kids… and drinking GOOD coffee!
