John completed his post graduate qualifications in Psychology in 2002. Since this time, John has developed extensive experience providing some of the following services

- Vocational Assessment and Counselling
- Psychological Injury Case Management
- Job Placement Services
- Vocational Counselling
John has experience working across a range of compensable frameworks including SIRA, Comcare, Department of Veteran Affairs, Specialised Insurers and Self Insurers.
As the GM of New Employer Services, John’s current role primarily involves overseeing all things New Employer. John is a longstanding full member of ASORC and regularly provides mentoring supervision to final year post graduate Rehabilitation Counselling students.
John also holds a Master in Work Health and Safety and has an interest in helping reduce the human, social and financial costs of workplace injuries. John has particular experience completing critical incident debriefs, psychological risk assessments and addressing psychosocial hazards in the workplace.
