Benefits of an Injury Triage
The benefits of partnering with our 24/7 Injury Triage extend beyond compliance, providing you with a proactive approach to incident management. Key advantage of engaging an injury triage include:
- Receive rehab consultation as soon as possible.
- Prevent injuries from worsening.
- Improve return-to-work outcomes and time frames.
- Reduce internal management.
Using the Injury Triage not only enhances workplace safety but also affords you the time and resources to focus on what’s important to you and your business.
Our Injury Triage service operates across Australia and New Zealand, providing organisations with timely, and professional support for workplace injuries.
Without an Injury Reporting System
Without the implementation of an injury reporting system, businesses would face a number of challenges, leading many to prefer outsourcing their injury reporting systems.
A few of these risks include;
- Minor musculoskeletal injuries are directed to a medical center for treatment. This approach can be more expensive, time-consuming, and less effective.
- General medical practitioners may lack familiarity with the workplace environment and the employer’s capacity to offer modified duties.
- Injured workers treated by general practitioners can get entangled in a system that doesn’t emphasise returning to work promptly, prolonging the employee’s recovery timeline.
- Large organisations may encounter challenges responding to workplace injuries due to poor communication systems.
- Supervisors may lack appropriate training for effective injury management.
