It is useful for workers who perform emotional labour as well as professionals who are exposed to traumatic situations.
- The World Health Organization Disability Assessment Schedule 2.0 (WHODAS 2.0) is a comprehensive tool consisting of either 36 items (full version) or 12 items (brief version), designed to assess an individual’s level of functioning across six key domains of life. These domains include cognition, mobility, self-care, interpersonal interactions, life activities and participation. The WHODAS captures the degree of difficulty a person has experienced in these areas over the past 30 days, regardless of specific diagnosis, and provides a standardized measure of disability and functioning that is applicable across different health conditions and cultural contexts.
- The PTSD Checklist for DSM-5 (PCL-5) is a 20-item self-report questionnaire used to assess the presence and severity of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms as defined by the DSM-5.
