I have felt stressed a few times in the last 4 weeks

Acute stress is common and can occur several times of the day when we are faced with events or experiences that pose a threat to the safety of ourselves or others. Events that trigger stress include big life changes or dealing with the ongoing consequences of pandemics such as COVID-19.

Experiencing feelings of stress is a natural human response. In fact, stress can help us to meet our daily challenges or motivate to attain our goals. However, it is important to know when this stress is too much and learn practical strategies to manage our stress in a healthy way.
