Recovery Partners provide a range of return-to-work services from our Kalgoorlie office.  These services are designed to assist employers manage injuries and to assist injured workers return to work.

We are approved as a workplace rehabilitation provider (WRP) by WorkCover WA. Our team of consultants are allied health professionals such as occupational therapists, physiotherapists or psychologists who have expertise in addressing the physical, psychological and/or workplace barriers that may prevent an injured worker returning to work.

You may consider engaging a workplace rehabilitation provider in the following circumstances:

  1. The injured worker is unable to complete their pre-injury duties.
  2. You need assistance in identifying alternate duties.
  3. You require a practical assessment of the injured workers capacity to return to work.
  4. There are issues in the workplace.
  5. You need specialist assistance to manage required modification, aids and or equipment.
  6. The injured worker may not be able to return to their pre-injury duties and may require retraining assistance.

The process of managing a new referral generally follows this process: –

  1. Upon receipt of the referral we will complete an assessment to determine if further rehabilitation services or a specific service would be of benefit.
  2. If the assessment indicates that rehabilitation services are recommended, we will discuss our recommendations with all parties.
  3. If the recommended services are approved and ongoing services are required, we will develop and distribute a service delivery plan.
  4. We will provide ongoing updates to all parties.

Our consultants have experience in dealing with injured workers and employers from a diverse range of industries. Our partnership approach ensures that all parties feel comfortable and supported throughout the process.

We approach service delivery with flexibility to meet each parties needs. We arrange and attend worksite visits or can facilitate video conferencing facilities if required. Appointments can also be arranged at our Kalgoorlie office.

If you have any questions or would like to make a referral, please contact us.
