While managing her own personal injury case load, Trish also manages Recovery Partners’ internal case management software program.

Prior to joining the team at Recovery Partners, Trish worked for Woolworths Ltd for over 14 years. During this time she had various injury management roles including Injury Management Advisor in the Risk & Safety Department, Return to Work Manager and Senior Injury Management Adviser. This experience made her a perfect addition to the Return to Work Co-ordination Team.

As a Senior Injury Management Advisor, Trish’s focus was dispute resolution, review of treatment costings, strategy reviews and development and implementation of training programs. She also worked at educating and supporting sites with effective case management of injured workers.

Trish has worked with senior management to develop a change in culture to injured employees and co-developed reporting systems to track workers compensation cases within the business unit. Trish’s compassion for her clients ensures everyone she deals with is reassured about their future working capabilities, and their ability to return to work.

Trish retired a few years but has returned to assist with our accounting team as Business Services Officer – Accounts Receivable. Trish’s main responsibility it to control the debt to and liaise with clients/insurer to all invoice payment are made within a timely manner as per the payment’s arrangements with each party. Trish is responsible for processing of all funds that come into the accounting area and communicates with our clients if there is a discrepancy identified and works to achieve a win win outcome for all parties.

Trish also provides support during the accounts team leave requirements reports to the Directors/Managers as required.

On a need to Trish also provides RTW support coaching/mentoring to keep her hand in the RTW arena. A Jack of all trades
