1. What is the Injury Reporting Centre (IRC)?

An early intervention triage service designed to assist workers with work-related injuries, to determine and guide the best course of action regarding appropriate treatment and return to work options

2. Who will be the main contact?

One of Recovery Partners’ allied health professionals with experience in injury management.

3. How prompt is triage from the time of injury?

This can be tailored to the needs of your business, however, in most instances, the injured worker is contacted on the same day that Recovery Partners is notified.

4. How long do Recovery Partners stay involved with the particular case?

The Recovery Partners consultant can stay in contact and update all parties for the first 2 weeks from notification, this will obviously vary between business arrangements.

5. Who will benefit from the service?

Any businesses (regardless of size) where their goal is to get their injured workers attended to as soon as possible, and back to full recovery as soon as possible. Evidence suggests that an early return to work and intervention significantly improves overall recovery outcomes.
