  • Shane Bilham: Manager Health Policy, Prevention and Supervision at SIRA
    Shane has a professional background in physiotherapy with 20 years clinical experience. Shane has also held roles within government and self-insurance in case management, injury management advice, work health and safety, and human resources. Shane is currently the Manager of Monitoring and Fee Regulation within SIRA’s Health, Policy, Prevention and Supervision Directorate.

 

  • Tony Egan: Manager Project Governance for Glencore
    Tony has been a Director for 10 years and is the current Deputy Chair of the ACRL Board. He is also Co-Chair of the Research Committee and Co-Chair of the Open Cut technical committee.

 

  • Craig Hagan: HSET Professional at Yancoal Australia Ltd
    With over 30 years’ industry experience in safety, HR and operational leadership, Craig has have been fortunate to gain invaluable experience in safety, training and HR system design. He has implemented significant change and efficiency programs which include the establishment of sustainable cultural change initiatives allowing enhanced safety, performance and profitability. Over his career to date, Craig has successfully led strategic projects across geographically diverse locations and varied risk profiles for organisations such as Yancoal, BHP, Rio Tinto, Xstrata / Glencore, Centennial Coal, PWCS, Orica, McAleese, Patrick, TOLL, DHL, Mobil, Caltex, IOR, Arnott’s, Nestlé, Schenck Process and Life Without Barriers to name but a few.

 

  • Warrick Jordan: Coordinator at Hunter Jobs Alliance
    Warrick Jordan is the coordinator of the Hunter Jobs Alliance. The Alliance is a local union and community organisation that lobbies government and business to support workers and invest in job creation. Warrick’s previous role was working for the Australian Government, providing direct support for workers moving between careers in the Hunter, particularly in the resources and energy sector.
