Maya initiated her Rehabilitation Consultant journey in 2026. Her education includes the Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Western Sydney University, a Graduate Certificate in Brain and Mind Science from the University of Sydney, and she is currently completing a Master of Clinical Psychology at ISN Psychology.
Maya has experience across rehabilitation consulting, student support, mental health education, advocacy, and editorial work. Her background has strengthened her ability to communicate effectively, build meaningful therapeutic relationships, and support individuals from diverse backgrounds through complex personal and vocational challenges, especially Arabic speaking clients.
Outside of work, Maya enjoys film photography, scenic hikes, and the thrill of concert moshing. Drawn to beauty in everyday moments, she enjoys capturing everything from quiet landscapes to the vibrant energy of live music on film. Her creative pursuits reflect the curiosity and humanity she brings to both her personal life and work with clients.
